Onboarding
Putting onboarding in motion. A simple, engaging welcome to the Pelion portal.
Users were entering the portal with no introduction. I designed a simple, friendly welcome experience using existing components and Lottie animations for a more engaging first impression. This small touch added movement and interactivity, making the portal feel more dynamic from the start.
The welcome experience is part of a broader effort to support users in their connectivity journey. As part of this initiative, I created Navattic tours and added contextual help documentation links within the portal. We plan to bring these elements together in a central portal welcome hub.
Lottie animations
After exploring animation options and collaborating with developers, I created the initial animations in Adobe After Effects and integrated them using Lottie. This first step lays the groundwork for future animations and micro-interactions.
Navattic tours
I designed interactive Navattic tours for key features and wrote the copy to reflect our edgy, playful, and knowledgeable brand voice. These tours offer step-by-step guidance, helping users confidently explore and understand the portal.
