Hi! I’m a creative, user-focused designer with 6+ years of experience. I currently work in the IoT space where I spend my days turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences (and occasionally explaining to relatives what “IoT” actually means!).

I’m passionate about designing meaningful experiences that remove friction, reduce frustration and make both users and businesses noticeably happier. I love optimising clunky systems, and creating those small “oh wow, that’s nice” moments that make a product feel effortless. I’m big on accessibility and committed to building inclusive experiences that meet WCAG standards.

I’m known for bridging the gap between user needs, business goals and technical realities. I’ve led large-scale projects end-to-end, from research to delivery. I'm a team player and have collaborated with cross-functional teams all over the world. In my spare time, I mentor uni students through workshops and project guidance.

Experience

A snapshot of my professional journey and hands-on experience.

GCU industry mentor

I mentor students in UX design through workshops, project guidance, dissertation support and guest presentations. I help them develop practical skills, apply industry practices and gain confidence in creating real-world experiences.

Pelion

I created intuitive IoT experiences, built and maintained the Dotti design system and led key UX research and feature redesigns that improved usability and CSAT scores. I also championed accessibility, introduced animations and scalable design processes.

Arm

I led UX strategy across multiple IoT products, carrying out in-depth research, introducing analytics to legacy portals, and streamlining complex workflows. Working with global cross-functional teams, I helped shape strategic product direction and strengthened alignment between research, design, and engineering.

Freelance

Alongside my UX work, I enjoy taking on design projects for friends’ events like invites, posters, menus and more. Bringing a professional eye to more personal moments.
